San Draw Silicone 3D Printing Materials
One-Part, Two-Part & Water-Soluble Support
Silicone materials for 3D printing, including one-part and two-part silicones, offer essential performance features such as high print precision, tunable flexibility, and clean support removal.
Combined with SP65 water-soluble support, these materials enable the creation of complex silicone geometries that are difficult or impossible to achieve using traditional molding techniques.

Biocompatibility
San Draw provides a portfolio of 3D printing silicones, with all materials tested and certified under ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards.
These materials are well-suited for applications requiring safe skin or tissue contact, such as biomedical devices, soft prosthetics, infant care products, wearable systems, and surgical training models.
Their proven biocompatibility makes them ideal for academic research, product prototyping, and testing in fields where human interaction is critical.

RTV One-Part Silicone
RTV one-part silicone cures at room temperature, enabling 3D printing of soft and flexible parts with high elongation and low shrinkage. Its smooth surface finish supports precise, thin-walled, and detailed structures.
This material provides stable extrusion and reliable curing during printing, making it suitable for applications like soft robotic grippers and surgical suture trainers where flexibility and accuracy are important.
LSR Two-Part Silicone

LSR Two-Part Silicone is a heat-cured material designed for stable, high-performance 3D printing. Its thermal curing process allows reliable extrusion when printing large silicone parts with water-soluble support, reducing the risk of clogging during extended operations.
With strong mechanical properties, this silicone offers high tensile strength and resistance to chemicals and temperature extremes. Available in Shore A 20~70, it’s well-suited for engineering parts, industrial components, and applications that demand strength and durability.

Water-Soluble Support Material
SP65 is a water-soluble support material specifically developed for silicone 3D printing. Its soap-like texture offers stable support for fluid silicone, preventing collapse during the printing process.
Once dissolved in water, SP65 leaves no residue or surface marks, preserving a smooth finish.
It is especially effective for printing porous structures and internal channels that are difficult to achieve with conventional support materials.
